• Invalid or Non-Functional License: The provided AVG license key is found to be invalid, expired, or non-functional, and our team is unable to resolve the problem with a replacement.

• Incorrect Product Ordered:

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong AVG product and have not yet activated the license, we may consider issuing a refund or product swap.

 

Non-Refundable Cases

 

We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:

 

• You changed your mind after activating or downloading the product.
• You purchased the product from a third-party or reseller.
• Refund request is made after 30 days from the purchase date.
• The product was activated successfully and is functioning as expected.
• The license was shared, resold, or used in a manner violating our Terms of Service.
